Our Commitment to Quality
At Nature's Flame, we take great pride in our craft. Every soy wax candle and wax melt is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality. We pour our care into every item we ship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We do our best to package every order with care, but sometimes accidents happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at naturesflamecr@gmail.com.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include in your email:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.
Once reviewed, we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items.
Returns & Exchanges
As a small business creating products by hand, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference. We do our best to describe our scents accurately to help you make a selection you'll love.
A Note on Hand-Poured Products:
Our candles and melts are made with natural soy wax. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or minor surface "frosting" can occur. These are normal characteristics of natural soy wax and do not impact the quality or performance of your product.
Order Accuracy
We are human! If you receive the wrong item, or if an item is missing from your order, please let us know. Contact us at naturesflamecr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will work quickly to make it right.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
